How can I place an order online?

It's easy to order from Amano.  If this is your first time purchasing from our store, just folow these three easy steps: 1. Browse catalog.  2. Add item to your shopping cart. 3. Complete checkout process.  Note: You will need to provide your e-mail address and create a password to register as a customer.  The next time you shop with us, you won't be required to input this information again.  Your information will be stored for future orders.

How can I pay my order online?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.  When checking out, you will be prompted to enter your credit card number for payment.

Is it safe to use my credit card?

We guarantee every transaction you make at Amano Cincinnati, Inc. is 100% secured.  If unauthorized charges have been made on your credit card while shopping with us, Amano will take full responsibility.  No charges will be billed to you.

How can I track my order?

You can view the status of your orders by simply clicking on "My Account" at the bottom and top of every page.  You can also make changes to any order that has not been shipped.

How will I know if Amano received my order?

An email confirmation will be sent to you directly after your order has been received and processed in our system.  The email will include an order summary and order # for your records.

How will I know if an item is in-stock?

During the checkout process, the status of your order will appear as" in-stock/not in-stock/on backorder" for each item you order.

What if I want to pay by check?

We will accept checks for parts and accessories order ONLY.  Simply download, complete and mail the  Parts Order Form with a check in the full amount.

What if I want to order by phone?

Simply download the Parts Order Form with credit card information.
