If you would like to return an Amano time clock or terminal, please obtain a Return Authorization (RMA) form by contacting Amano Customer Support within 30 days of product purchase. Proof of purchase in the form of an orginal invoice will be required to return merchandise. Software and special order products are not eligible for return. Returned items must be complete with all original accessories, cables, attachments, manuals, badges, etc. If possible, please use the original box for shipping. A 15% restocking fee may apply to returned products.
